Wetherby Town Council is looking for a Market Supervisor to oversee our vibrant Thursday market - a tradition dating back to 1240!

This permanent, part-time role (8 hours per week) is perfect for someone with great people skills, a practical mindset and who can respond to whatever the weather (or market) throws at them! You’ll be ensuring the smooth operation of the market, supporting traders, managing traffic and even assisting with some of Wetherby’s much-loved community events throughout the year.

Salary: £12.85 per hour (plus pension & leave benefits)

Location: Wetherby Market Place & Town Hall

Shifts: 6:00am-2:00pm or 10:00am-6:00pm (alternating weekly)
