Little Bird set for a BIG weekend of Christmas Markets

Following on from their busy weekend of Christmas markets in Harrogate and Driffield, Little Bird staff and traders are gearing up for their busiest weekend yet. They will be bringing their outdoor artisan markets full of festive cheer to Easingwold, Wetherby, Northallerton and another 2-day event in Harrogate Valley gardens.

Last week they held a 2-day event in Harrogate Valley Gardens as part of Destination Christmas celebrations in partnership with Visit Harrogate which was a great success and attracted many visitors. Staff and traders are looking forward to doing it all again this weekend, where there will be over 70 traders setting up their stalls under the Sun Colonnade, bringing everything from festive gifts, decorations, and homeware to local food and drink. Not forgetting the street food traders with their hot snacks, drinks and mulled wine to keep you cosy as you browse the stalls. There will also be the Christmas market, ice rink, big wheel, walking tours and the famous Candy cane Express to transport you to all the activities throughout the town. This really is a weekend spectacular not to be missed and a great opportunity to complete your Christmas shopping.

In Wetherby, the market will be part of the town's Dickensian Christmas Market and Craft Fayre on Sunday in partnership with Wetherby District Lions Club. Traders will be joined around the Town Hall with a variety of indoor craft stalls, lots of entertainment and a visit from Santa in his grotto. This will be a great day out for all the family and really bring some festive spirit to the town centre.

The team will also be holding their monthly market in Easingwold on Saturday and are delighted to be setting up their new market on Sunday in Northallerton. Both markets will be full of Christmas cheer and have everything people are looking for to make their holidays extra special. Northallerton is being delivered in partnership with Northallerton Town Council and the market will also be joined with live entertainment, Santa’s Grotto, street food and festive drinks.

Little Bird Made traders are all local small businesses and visitors can buy unique goods, which are not available in on the high street and be safe in the knowledge that each purchase is supporting the trader to fulfill their dream and grow their business.
